Like most colleagues, you probably work in one or more teams within NHL Stenden. A well-run team with fine colleagues can contribute to your job satisfaction, as you know. You may have noticed that this is not always obvious. Do you and your team(s) manage to get the best out of your teamwork? Do you enjoy working together and are you happy about it? Or is there frustration and would you like things to be different? 

Karin takes you through what it takes for good teamwork. You gain insight into the preconditions needed. You will also learn about (servant) leadership and (result-oriented) cooperation, with extra attention to safety in teams. You get insights, examples and tips on what is important for good teamwork. And above all: how you can contribute to it!
