Systemic work in the classroom
This workshop is about systemic work* and how we can use it as teachers. Some guiding principle will be shared and we will do some experience focused exercises. The focus will be on your (unconscious) inner attitude as a teacher, and how this can impact your students.
The workshop is open to anyone with interest in this topic (experience with systemic work is not necessary) and who is open to experiencing-without-directly-understanding?
*Systemic work is known from family constellations or organization constellations. The focus is on the greater system instead of the individual. Individual ‘strange’ behaviour or hard to break patterns can make sense from a systemic perspective. There a few guiding principles that organize systems. Seeing on a systemic level where something demands attention, can bring ease on the individual level.
Systemic work also implies that our (unconscious) inner attitude as a teacher impacts our students and our interaction with them.
This workshop will be offered in English and Dutch.
