Systemic work assumes that individuals are part of different systems (family systems to organisational systems). The aim of systemic work is to understand the hidden dynamics and patterns within these systems and how they can affect a person's behaviour, emotions and thoughts.  This workshop will give you an overview of the training that will enable you to use systemic interventions to promote and guide personal and professional growth.Target audience: ear teachers, leaders, coaches, trainers and student counsellors, who are personally and professionally developmentally oriented. The aim of this training is to make you (even) more solid in your contact with your student, groups and colleagues. Creating an optimal learning environment. By applying systemic insights, the teacher can create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student creativity and innovation within the framework of design thinking and design-oriented research.
