"Leadership of the professional! Networking Cafe

Leadership, Agency, Professional identity, Socialisation and Personhood. These concepts appear frequently in our policy documents. See, for example, documents at NHL Stenden-wide level (DBE), but also domain-specific documents.  

But what exactly do the concepts mean? How are they related to each other? In what way are we currently working on these concepts within our education and research? How important do we think they are?
In this network café, we will discuss these questions with each other. In a short presentation (five minutes), I will outline the way in which a postdoc within the Academy of Primary Education searches for answers to the above questions. Then there will be plenty of room to exchange thoughts and experiences together using a conceptual model and a number of propositions. We will also explore how we can work together on these themes. 

This workshop is offered in English unless all participants speak and understand Dutch.
