Outcome: By the end of this session, you will not only possess an enhanced knowledge of the subject of giftedness but will also have practical tools to more effectively recognize the characteristics and behaviours of gifted students. The focus is not solely on expanding your knowledge; we aim to make you aware of the qualities of the gifted, as well as their challenges.

Introduction to Giftedness: 
We will provide an in-depth explanation of giftedness as a concept, including the various dimensions and characteristics of gifted students. 
Identification Techniques: 
You will receive practical tools and strategies to effectively identify giftedness. 
Practical Examples: 
We will discuss practical examples of applying acquired knowledge directly to real-life situations. 
Referral and Support: 
We will share information on the importance of timely referral and appropriate support for gifted students. 
Interactive Discussions: 
There will be space for interactive discussions, questions, and sharing of your experiences to provide you with a platform for exchanging insights.
